    Alex Lewis MRICS

    Alex is a South West London Commercial Property specialist, acting for institutional and private clients.

    Alex has over 15 years’ experience, including time with major property advisory practices DTZ and Donaldsons in their investment and occupational teams. Most recently, Alex worked at Coughlan Lewis prior to founding Lewis & Co in 2017.

    Katherine Mannix

    Katherine joined the team in September 2020 as Office Manager.  She has full responsibility for managing all aspects of business operations.  Following a demanding career in event management, Katherine decided to take an alternative path and pursue a career in surveying and property management.  Her initial experience in the world of surveying has been gained in the residential property environment and the move to commercial property management is a natural progression in her second career.

    Outside of work Katherine enjoys spending time with her young family and outdoor leisure pursuits.

    Sam Johnson

    Sam, a graduate of Oxford Brookes University, joined the team in May 2021. Before this Sam gained various work experience at a range of different property companies including retail property agency Morgan Williams. Taking the position of Graduate Surveyor, Sam will be involved in all aspects of property advisory, working towards completing his APC and gaining MRICS status.

    Outside of property Sam enjoys rugby, cricket, and water skiing.
